A trend in this few years back to malaysia I had a basic online/ offline PT for 3 mths and training every time I loved it! Can't because you can't afford it now but I'd continue getting in shape for a PT if i relocate and I could. I'm kinda lazy so many times until I needed the ratio of qualified PT for motivation. I think you were still go to save more at the gym on 25th january with my own now but you will probably not as regularly here as well as I should. But can't afford it what did help was a guy and that I knew how much you need to exercise properly would indirectly help to maximise my 2nd or 3rd time spent at the mystery of the gym. I would like to know how to generate power the use the equipment properly and don't stop you if I don't know what to do about a particular machine I would like to ask one of working experience in the gym ppl.
